6 tbs cornflour
5 tbs all purpose flour (Maida)
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2tsp pepper powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

Oil for frying
Once the batter is ready, heat the oil and check the oil whether it’s hot by dropping a cauliflower floret dipped in batter.
Dip the florets in batter and drop them in oil and fry them till they are done
You can make wet version.

2-3 garlic cloves diced
1 tsp of ginger( cut them into julliens)
1tbsp of light soy sauce
1tsp of red chilli paste/ powder
1tsp diced green chilli
Take a wok/ wide pan add oil, once the oil is hot add onions, chilli, garlic, ginger, saute them for a minute add soy sauce, red chilli paste / powder and stir immediately.Add the gobi and stir them.
Serve hot with slice of lemon on the side.
You can add food color to the batter, if you want color.I did not use color instead I used red chilli paste for a natural color from it.
In the same way, you can make Mushroom 65.
