Tandoori Chicken 

Ingredients :

Chicken drumsticks – 6( skinless ) or breast pieces.

Red Chilli powder -1 tsp

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Gram flour – 1 tsp

Garam masala powder -2 tbsp

Or Tandoori masala -2 tbsp

Salt as required

One lemon

Oil -2tbsp

Wash the chicken drumsticks and make cuts on them, add all the ingredients and marinate them for at least 3-4 hours or overnight preferred. Rub oil on top of each drumstick.

Preheat the oven to 375 F  and bake for 15 minutes each side. 30 minutes total or until it is completely done. It totally depends  on your oven.

Note :

You can cook your Chicken in tandoor/ grill.

Sprinkle lemon juice on top for extra flavor before serving.
