Milk – 1 -1/2 cup
Castor sugar – 3/4 cup
Egg yolks – 3
Whole egg -1
Water -2 tbsp
Vanilla extract -1/2 tsp
Granulated sugar/ castor sugar for Caramel – 3 tbsp
Hot water – 1 cup
Set the oven to preheat at 350 F.
In a mixing bowl, add 3 egg yolks and 1 full egg, add sugar, and whisk them for a while until the sugar is melted.
Add milk into the egg mixture and whisk it for a while.
Using a strainer, pour the milk – egg mixture into the ramekins, and place them in a pan with hot water bath.
Bake them in the oven at 350F for at least 30 -35 minutes or until they are done.
Once they are out of oven, place them in the refrigerator and let them sit for 2 hours and set.
Using a knife on the corners of ramekins and place it in a dessert plate and turn them around.
