Kale-blueberry breakfast smoothie

Ingredients :

Baby Kale- 12 stems

Frozen Blueberries – 1/4 cup

Flax seed powder – 1tsp 

Whey protein powder -1 scoop (optional)

Milk-1/4 cup

Procedure 
Clean the kale stems and add them to the blender jar, add blueberries, Flaxseed powder, protein powder, milk.

Blend them well until mixture is smooth and poury consistency.
