Vanilla  Homemade icecream (icecream without icecream maker) 

Ingredients for icecream base:

1can (14oz) – sweetened condensed milk

1pint(16oz) – heavy whipping cream 

An electric beater to make icecream 

Vanilla extract -1tsp 
Preparation :

To a mixing bowl add 1pint heavy whipping cream and beat the cream on a high speed for atleast 5 minutes or until it thickens to hard peak.

To it gradually add sweetened condensed milk and beat the mixture until the consistency is achieved.

To make it in vanilla flavor, add vanilla extract to it and beat for a while.

Store it in freezer in an airtight container for 6 hours or until it sets.

You can add different flavors to it before you freeze and fold the mixture and store it in an airtight container.
